40ml white rum
20ml Triple Sec
20ml pineapple juice
20ml orange juice
40ml syrup sweet & sour
5ml grenadine

How to prepare: All the ingredients except grenadine shake with ice. Pour into a highball glass. Add the grenadine. Decorate a piece of pineapple.

Sweet & Sour: This is the juice of 3 lemons and 1 lime mixed in equal proportions of 1:1 with sugar syrup. When mixing the ingredients from time to time you should try the syrup, so as not to cause it to be too sweet or too sour. We can also buy sweet & sour syrup.

Sugar syrup: In 1 liter of hot water dilute 1 kilogram of sugar. The ratio: 1g:1ml. After thorough mixing, allow to cool. We can also buy sugar syrup.

Grenadine: Grenadine is traditionally a red syrup. It is used as an ingredient in cocktails, both for its flavor and to give a reddish/pink tinge to mixed drinks.
