50ml champagne
40ml Blue Curacao
50ml grapefruit juice
40ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup

How to prepare: All the ingredients without champagne shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. We complement champagne. Decorate with a slice of lemon and melissa.

Sugar syrup: In 1 liter of hot water dilute 1 kilogram of sugar. The ratio: 1g:1ml. After thorough mixing, allow to cool. We can also buy sugar syrup.
