Bloody Mary.


90ml vodka
180ml tomato juice
30ml lemon juice
2-6 drops of worcestershire sauce
2-6 drops of Tabasco
celery salt

How to prepare: Pour vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice to boston shaker, add a few drops of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper. Shake with ice. Pour into a large Collins glass (with a capacity from 300 to 400 ml). Sprinkle with salt celery. Serve with two ice cubes. Decorate with leaves or celery stalk and a piece of tomato.

TABASCO:  

Tabasco: The type of sharp spices, obtained from Tabasco peppers, one of the varieties of chili peppers, fruits having a length of 3-5 cm.

WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE:  

Worcestershire sauce: A spicy sauce culinary taste and smooth texture, produced by "Lea & Perrins' in the English city of Worcester. Sauce production on an industrial scale started in 1837. Flavored sauce is added to both treated (cooked) meals and uncooked foods, especially for beef dishes. It is also an important component of Caesar salad and a cocktail of "Bloody Mary".
The original recipe for Worcestershire sauce, vinegar involves using słodoweg, vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies, tamarind extract of the fruit, onions, garlic, spices and condiments.
