40ml Pitu
1 / 2 lime
2 or 3 teaspoons of sugar cane

How to prepare: In a cup of old fashioned lime with peel cut into small pieces, sprinkle with sugar cane and crush it by muddler. Fill the entire glass with crushed ice. Pour Pitu and stir with a barspoon. Serve with two short straws. Garnish slice of lime. Optionally, you can pour glass of soda water.

Pitu: It is a manufacturer of alcohol Cachaca (Brazilian variant of vodka). Resembles the taste of tequila or rum, but with a more tart, dry and light fruit flavor. Made from fermented cane juice with an alcohol content of between 38% to 48% with the addition of 6 grams of sugar per liter. Brazilian liquor produced since 1938, and its name comes from the name of a large, freshwater crab.
