50ml white rum
25ml Malibu
25ml grenadine syrup
25ml coconut milk
100ml pineapple juice
25ml lime juice (optional)

How to prepare: Mix all the ingredients in a boston shaker. Then pour into a collins glass. Serve with ice. Decorate with a slice of pineapple.

WHITE RUM BRAND BACARDI:

MALIBU:   

Malibu: Coconut liqueur based on rum, trade name of a sweet alcoholic beverage produced from sugar cane aroma of coconut. Produced from about 1605 years by the local population of Barbados. Original Malibu production technology is the secret of the manufacturer and is not disclosed.
The original Malibu contains 21% alcohol. This is one of the seventy of the world's most popular spirits available in 150 countries.

GRENADINE SYRUP BRAND MONIN:  

Grenadine: Grenadine is traditionally a red syrup. It is used as an ingredient in cocktails, both for its flavor and to give a reddish/pink tinge to mixed drinks.

50ml golden rum
20ml Blue Curacao
20ml Maraschino liqueur
10ml lemon juice
few drops of Angostura (optional)


How to prepare: All the ingredients except Angostura shake with ice. Stir vigorously and pour into a cocktail glass. Optionally add a few drops Angostura. Serve with ice. You can decorate with a slice of orange.

BLUE CURACAO BRAND DE KUYPER:  

Blue Curacao: Variety of sweet orange Curacao liqueur with a blue color. Depending on the brand contains different quantities of alcohol. Determination of triple sec is the minimum content of 38% alcohol. Very often, this liqueur is used for coloring drinks. In the past, stained it with blue wings of dragonflies found in India, but in the 70s it has been banned because almost became extinct.
Blue Curacao named after the variety of bitter orange, which in turn took the name from the place of the original crop - one of the islands of the Antilles - Curacao.

MARASCHINO LIQUEUR:  

Maraschino: Maraschino is a clear, relatively dry liqueur made from Marasca cherries, including the crushed pits which give it a subtle bitter almond flavor. The cherries are processed and distilled much like brandy, and later combined with a pure cane syrup before it is aged and filtered. Maraschino liqueur should not be confused with the juice from Maraschino cherries or other cherry liqueurs, that are both much sweeter.

ANGOSTURA:  

Angostura: The bitter spirit of Trinidad and Tobago, containing 23, 45 or 48 percent alcohol by dark red color. There is also an aromatic spice that can add to various dishes. Contrary to popular opinion in its composition does not fall angostury cortex. The official recipe is proprietary.
